Selected publication materials will become the property of vietnamoverseas.com in perpetuity for display on the website. The author retains the right to publish or re-publish the submission elsewhere in any other medium, providing the author indicates that R & D Enterprises through the website ‘vietnamoverseas.com’ owns a right to display the content submitted. Submissions must include the author’s name, address, and phone number (i.e. name, address, phone required for payment).
